Each order is carefully packed by hand in Newcastle, NSW, Australia using minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will generally be dispatched on the following business day.

Standard Shipping

• Flat rate: $10.95 AUD

Express Shipping

• 1–2 business days
• Flat rate: $15.00 AUD

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $75 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.
